Network Support Specialist (Full Time)
| Installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware and software products. Maintains servers including email, print, and backup servers and related operating systems and hardware. Maintains security solutions such as firewall, anti-virus and intrusion detection systems. Maintains all network hardware and equipment such as routers, switches, hubs and UPS. Monitors and tests networking performance and provides statistics and reports. |
