After bank hours, call 1-800-523-4175 to report your debit card lost or stolen.

Security Updates

May 4, 2010: If you receive an email from Ephrata National Bank [securityservices@epnb.com] stating that your Online Banking Service has been suspended, don’t click on the link and do not provide your account information. This email is part of a phishing scam and the link may contain a virus. Please delete the email immediately. Ephrata National Bank will never ask you for account information via email if we initiate an email to you.

October 2009: ENB has implemented a secure email solution for communication with customers about confidential bank matters. These communications will always be in reference to an inquiry or recent business dealing with us. They will never ask for information such as social security number or account numbers. Ask your relationship manager for details.

October 2008: If you receive a recorded phone message alerting you that your account is overdrawn or that there is a problem with your debit card, don't provide your account information. This call is part of a phishing scam. Ephrata National Bank will never ask you for account information over the phone if we initiate a phone call to you.

August 2008: If you receive a text or voice message stating that your debit/credit card or accounts have been compromised and frozen, don't call the phone number provided in the message. This message is part of a phishing scam. Ephrata National Bank will never ask you to call in to provide personal account information or PIN numbers.
